Sheet Metal Components

In the last 25 years, we have developed, designed tools and manufactured several light sheet metal components with several variety of operations. We have our own tool room to manufacture dies and tools which enables us to reduce lead time for the development of the toolings. We design progressive, compound or single-operation tools based on technical requirements and the quantity to be manufactured. We have a combination of power presses, hydraulic presses, shearing machines, and vibrators to accommodate different types of components. We have embedded various quality improvement techniques such as Poka-yoke, 5 Why, CAPA, and continuous improvement which not only improve efficiency but also enable us to deliver the material in committed time and quantity.
